Joyce E. Smith is an experienced Accountant, Entrepreneur, Financial Planner and Municipal Finance Specialist. She has more than 12 years with O’Connor, Pagano and Associates as an accountant with primary concentration in consulting and accounting services for various businesses including international and domestic, in retail, wholesale, not-for-profit and service industries. Prior to joining the firm, Joyce was a partner for 7 years in The Washingtonian Printing and Publishing Company, until she sold it in 1997. Joyce was a Financial Planner with a top financial planning company for 5 years with a Series 7 License and PA Insurance Licenses. She was a Municipal Finance Specialist with a Bond Counseling Firm in Pittsburgh for 15 years handling origination issues of municipal bonds from bond buy to closing in many states in the United States. She also served as Treasurer and Tax Collector for the Township of Aleppo, Treasurer for her church and currently as Treasurer for Christopher’s Kitchen Foundation. Joyce graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business – Finance and Accounting.
